This morning at 3:30am my grandma died in her sleep. I am glad that she did not have to suffer for long and that she got to see the people she loved before she went.
I hope to grow up to be as strong as she was and that some day my daughter and her children can come to rely on me the way I did with her. What an incredible woman she was.
The picture is from my cousin's visit to her last year. I only had hospital pictures which did not really show her in her essence like this one does.
